You can add as much information as you think appropriate, but as long as you give the 4 key points from above, you will be informed of availabilty and price as soon as possible.
As long as your event is over 2 months away, when you receive your quote from the boys, you will have 7 days exclusivity on your date. This gives you time to decide without the pressure of having someone 'pinch' your date from you.
